Monster Hunter Stories is the first RPG in the series. The game which was first released for Nintendo 3DS in 2016 is getting a remaster that will feature fully voiced characters in English and Japanese language packs.
The remaster will feature a museum with 200 pieces of art, some of which have never been seen. They will feature comments from staff about development that give insight into the game’s setting. It is more like a digital video game art book. Also included in the museum are all the original scores of the game with a brief note from the composers.
For example, The Legendary Founder: Redan song, composed by Suzuki, has a note that reads, “My goal for this song was to use the mellow guitar to create a space in time during which hidden fragments of legends could be carefully gathered together. Maeba performed the guitar sections, It’s so peaceful.”
