Gamescom 2024 kicks off next week and it is almost impossible not to catch the fever. Several developers and publishers have already started unveiling or teasing their plans for the event. The latest to do so is Xbox.
Xbox’s Gamescom 2024 event will happen on day 3 which is Friday, August 23, 2024. They are promising exclusive trailers, gameplay, and developer deep dives for all their upcoming titles.

“Day 3 is packed with exclusive gameplay walkthroughs, gameplay demos, developer interviews, and giveaways around Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Avowed, Ara: History Untold, Metaphor ReFantazio, Sea of Thieves, 33 Immortals, and Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2,” the company announced.
“Plus all new looks at The First Desendant, Squirrel with a Gun, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, Commando Origins, Path of Exile 2, Tails of Iron 2, and a few surprises!”
Those who cannot make it to the event live can follow the Xbox Gamescom 2024 show on YouTube. Xbox’s closest rival, PlayStation, will not attend this year’s expo. Japanese gaming giant Nintendo will also shun this year’s event.
